About the Role
As an HR Recruiter, your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between companies and top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying client hiring needs.
- Reading and analyzing job descriptions provided by clients.
- Developing recruitment strategies with the team.
- Sourcing candidates through portals and other sources.
- Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
- Scheduling candidates as per client requirements.
- Following up with candidates until they join.
- Updating details in the CRM tracker.
- Ensuring candidates stay in the job during the replacement period.
