You will work on understanding client business processes, demonstrating GwayERP capabilities, gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into functional workflows and UI/UX designs, coordinating with developers, and working with the QA team to ensure delivered functionality meets agreed requirements.

  • Understand how different ERP modules interact.
  • Learn end-to-end business processes, including customer management, sales, procurement, inventory, production, finance, and other operational activities.

  • Explain standard product features, workflows, reports, and approval processes.
  • Present features in a structured manner based on the client's business requirements.
  • Understand questions raised during demonstrations and document unanswered questions for follow-up.
  • Avoid making unconfirmed commitments regarding functionality, customization, timelines, or delivery.
  • Coordinate with the product and development teams when technical clarification is required.
  • Assist in preparing demonstration scenarios, sample data, and presentation materials.
  • Collect feedback from clients following product demonstrations and communicate relevant observations internally.

  • Support discussions regarding scope, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure proposed customization requirements are documented and reviewed before implementation.
  • Communicate approved scope changes to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Avoid independently committing to development costs, delivery dates, or technical feasibility without the required internal approval.
