Growth Intern

About the Role

TECHADEMY is seeking a proactive Growth Intern with a strong understanding of Telugu youth culture to identify growth opportunities and execute marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Telugu influencers and content creators on Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Connect with influencers, discuss collaborations, and negotiate promotional deals.
• Stay updated on trending reels, memes, viral content, and social media trends popular among Telugu youth.
• Research competitors and identify new ideas to improve brand reach and generate leads.
• Support college promotions, fests, events, and student community activities.
• Come up with creative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Freshers are considered.
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and growth marketing.
• Good understanding of Telugu-speaking.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative.

Qualifications (Plus to have)

• Participation in college fests, events, or promotional activities.
• Personal social media pages, content creation, or knowledge of trending content.
• Experience organizing student activities or managing communities.
• Personal projects, influencer outreach, or marketing initiatives.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Working Days: 6 days a week, Work From Office

Time: 11am to 8pm

Duration: 3 months

Stipend: 25k per month

Note: Post completion of internship, Full-time conversion opportunity based on performance (Upto 5 LPA + 1 LPA Variable).
