• Skills in Test Cases and Test Execution, including the ability to follow test scripts, document results, and report issues clearly.
• Skills in Test Management, including organizing test artifacts, maintaining test logs, and supporting test planning activities.
• Basic knowledge of Software Development concepts, enabling effective communication with developers and understanding of application workflows.
• Beneficial qualifications: analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong written communication skills, reliability in meeting commitments, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Interest in animal welfare or nonprofit work and willingness to learn new tools and processes are highly valued.
