We are building MargdarshakAI, an AI-powered end-to-end career intelligence platform that helps students, developers and professionals identify skill gaps, follow personalised career roadmaps, build real-world projects and move towards employability with clarity and accountability. We have launched Phase 2.2 of MargdarshakAI and are now expanding our engineering team to build the next generation of AI-driven career experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, execution-focused Full Stack Developer Intern to join our core team. You will work directly with the founders, AI engineers and the product team to build scalable and intelligent web experiences for MargdarshakAI. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a real AI product at an early stage, with exposure to modern frontend and backend development, AI integrations, scalable architecture and startup execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, modern frontend interfaces using React.js, Next.js and TailwindCSS.
• Build scalable backend APIs using Node.js (Express/Fastify/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Integrate AI-powered APIs and recommendation systems into the platform.
• Work on authentication, dashboards, onboarding flows and user personalisation.
• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX and AI teams to ship product features.
• Use GitHub workflows for version control, PR reviews and issue tracking.
• Debug, optimise and improve application performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Backend development experience with Node.js or Python.
• Understanding of REST APIs or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL or Firebase.
• Experience with Git and GitHub workflows.
• Good debugging, problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT/OAuth).
• Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Vercel, AWS or Azure.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD.
• UI/UX sense or familiarity with Figma.

Internship Details

• Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
• Duration: 3 months
• Extension or Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) available, with CTC up to ₹4 LPA based on performance
• Mode: Work From Office
• Location: Knowledge Park-3, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
• Joining: 1st November 2026 or earlier
