About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer (React Native) role based in Delhi, India. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications using React Native and related full stack technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications.
- Work on both front-end interfaces and back-end services.
- Integrate APIs.
- Optimize performance.
- Ensure secure, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with product and design teams.
- Write clean and testable code.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Contribute to new feature development.
- Improve existing functionality.
- Support deployments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Solid Back-End Web Development skills, such as building RESTful APIs, working with server-side frameworks, and integrating databases.
- Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, including designing end-to-end solutions, debugging, testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with modern development practices, such as CI/CD pipelines, code review workflows, and agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and deliver features on schedule.
- Experience building scalable, secure applications and working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR tech, or similar platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
