Application Backend Engineer

About the Role

RTAC is looking for an Application Backend Engineer to develop and enhance the server-side functionality of its software products and business applications. The role offers hands-on experience in application development, database integration, API development, and building practical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend modules and implement application business logic.
• Build APIs and integrate databases with application services.
• Write maintainable code and improve existing application features.
• Troubleshoot errors and resolve backend functionality issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver complete application features.
• Assist in testing, deployment, and ongoing application improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Understanding of programming fundamentals and backend development concepts.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and API integration.
• Knowledge of any programming language or backend framework.
• Basic understanding of Git, debugging, and application development workflows.
• Good analytical skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Freshers with relevant academic projects or practical coding experience are welcome.
