About the Role

The Content Researcher Intern role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on researching and organizing information that supports educational content, programs, and digital resources. This position is designed to provide exposure to EdTech, digital careers, and AI-driven learning while building strong research and content development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online and academic research on EdTech trends, AI, technology, and career development topics.
• Synthesize findings into clear, structured insights for content creators and curriculum designers.
• Identify credible sources, analyze data and reports, and provide summaries, outlines, and references that inform blogs, articles, course materials, and learning assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support content strategy initiatives.
• Ensure that all research aligns with PPStack’s mission of delivering future-ready skills and impactful learning experiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Research and Analytical Skills to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from diverse, credible sources.
• Excellent Writing and Content Strategy abilities to present findings clearly and support the development of structured, learner-focused content.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with educators, content creators, and technical teams in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple research tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, online research databases).

Qualifications

• Familiarity with EdTech, AI, data-driven learning, or digital careers is highly beneficial.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Education, Communications, Journalism, Social Sciences, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in learning technologies, digital education, or content creation is an added advantage.
