About the Role
Brivo is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our Warehouse Operations team. This is an entry-level position with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. The Shipping Clerk works closely with the Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and Customer Operations teams to ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. This position plays an important role in delivering a positive customer experience by ensuring shipments are accurate, properly packaged, and processed efficiently. As Brivo continues to grow, this role offers opportunities for advancement into Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders securely using shipping documentation and carrier software.
- Verify order details, label packages, and stage shipments for carrier pickup according to SOPs.
- Maintain accurate shipping records, update warehouse systems, and keep shipping supplies stocked.
- Support overall warehouse operations, including inventory movement, receiving, and keeping work areas clean and safe.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management and shipping systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- 0–1 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
