What You'll be Doing
- Talent Sourcing - Discover and connect with candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and personal networks.
- Relationship Building - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Candidate Matching - Review resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Negotiation & Placement - Manage the offer process and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Market Research - Stay informed on industry trends.
