Founder's Office Intern

About the Role

The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support day-to-day strategic and operational activities across product, marketing, customer success, and business development. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves conducting market and user research, preparing reports and presentations, tracking key metrics, and assisting in planning and execution of growth initiatives. The intern will help coordinate with internal teams and external partners, document processes, capture product feedback, and contribute to improving workflows and user experience. The role also includes preparing communication materials, organizing meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting the founder in high-priority projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical and research skills: ability to gather data, conduct market analysis, and summarize insights clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: for documentation, presentations, emails, and cross-functional coordination.
• Basic business, finance, or accounting understanding: comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace, task management tools, online communication platforms).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership under guidance from the founding team.
• Interest in SaaS, fintech, or small business solutions.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, commerce, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Prior internship or startup exposure is a plus.
