About the Role

The initial months will focus on listening and learning by observing support escalations, school onboarding, and user feedback to identify key pain points affecting renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Write lightweight specifications for fixes and small features.
- Collaborate with engineers to build and launch features.
- Validate the impact of launched features post-launch.
- Manage the intake process for feature requests from sales and customer-success teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel, SQL, or a product-analytics dashboard (familiarity).
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Ideal experience in product, customer success, or business analysis at a software company.
- Ability to write a clear one-page spec independently.
- Patience to engage with and seriously consider feedback from teachers and school administrators.
