About the Role

This is a 2-Year professional development rotational program designed to gain experience in engineering, operations, estimating, project controls, and other functional business disciplines. Graduates will acquire broad knowledge of CB&I’s EPC business and develop skills for a successful professional career. Upon completion, graduates will demonstrate knowledge and leadership to contribute to a diverse, successful, and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and exemplify the company’s core values and leadership competencies.
• Requires temporary relocations to work at office, fabrication shop, or project locations for extended periods in both office and production environments.
• Production conditions include, but are not limited to, working outdoors in extreme heat, cold, precipitation, dust, dirt, loud noise, and occasionally from height.
• Office conditions include, but are not limited to, working in a standard office setting with office noise.
• The role requires the employee to walk, stand, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, crouch, sit, reach, type, observe, listen, and speak.
• Contribute to the successful completion of department work products or progress on projects.
• Demonstrate proactive ownership of assigned tasks; identify and solve other required actions to support completion of work or progress of assigned projects.
• Demonstrate progressive knowledge of CB&I products and markets during the program.
• Able to relocate to an available permanent position with the Company after successful completion of the program.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• BS or MS in Engineering discipline (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Welding) or Construction Management is required.
• Able to work in the United States.
• Work history or internship experience in construction, engineering, or engineering design is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA (Preferred).
• Business presence and polish.
• Motivated and passionate self-starter.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $83,000 - $92,201 Annually
