About the Role
- This role is for a Full-Time Prep Cook position in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food items to company specifications.
- Participate in a team environment.
- Follow all company recipes for all food items.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Participate in teamwork throughout the entire restaurant.
- Multitask and work more than 2 recipes at one time.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Able to work in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Follows all state and city food safety regulations.
- Has a California food handlers card.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiar with numerous pieces of kitchen equipment.
