Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience
• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience, valuing their time.
• Assess guest needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education, articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience through accurate transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
• Working With Others
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, celebrating differences.
• Establish supportive and productive relationships with team members.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• Operations
• Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., restocking, tidying) according to company standards.

• Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Job Requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work (EMEA only).
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.
• Availability
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness Requirements
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift.
• Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
• Willing to work as part of a team and independently.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.86/hour
• Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
• Total Target Base Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.86/hour
