About the Role
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at Kavod Senior Life.
Position Highlights
- Up to $104,000 annually
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Full-time, salaried position with 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends
- One-on-one treatment
- 80% productivity expectation
- Opportunity to participate in the CAPABLE Program with specialized training
- Russian language skills are a plus!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, one-on-one occupational therapy services to residents.
- Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals.
- Help residents improve independence with everyday activities.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes.
- Provide functional treatment throughout the community based on each resident’s needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Illinois, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
