About the Role
Join our team at a compounding pharmacy that values innovation, a positive workplace culture, and puts patient care first. We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work in our Deerfield Beach, FL office.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill prescription orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized compounding area.
- Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of compounded medications to patients.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of compounding materials and supplies.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, standards, state regulations, and pharmacy policies.
- Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to operate computer and laboratory equipment.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to repetitively use hands, wrist, and arms to perform job duties.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, pull, and/or move objects as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current Technician Registration in Good Standing with applicable board of pharmacy.
- Active State Pharmacy Technician License or certification as required in the state.
- Compounding experience required.
