About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County for Nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Providing advanced care, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management, for some clients.
• Performing hands-on care with only one client per day.
• Building client relationships and observing their milestones.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Electronic charting using Statewise.
• CPR certified.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay range: $32-$35 per hour based on qualifications.
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem).
• Traditional shifts (4's, 8's, 10's or 12's).
