This is a part-time, remote position supporting the sales and solutions team in demonstrating FLINTHIN’s business intelligence offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with product demos.
• Preparing technical documentation.
• Tailoring solutions to client requirements.
• Collaborating with sales representatives to respond to presales queries.
• Analyzing customer needs.
• Supporting basic integrations within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Troubleshooting non-complex technical issues.
• Contributing to proof-of-concept setups.
• Maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth presales process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Presales and Sales skills: understanding customer requirements and supporting solution presentations.
• Technical Support skills: assisting with basic troubleshooting, configuration, and customer inquiries.
• Integration skills: connecting and configuring Zoho and related tools within client environments.
• Foundational Security awareness: supporting secure solution designs and understanding data protection considerations.
• Interest in business intelligence, analytics, and cloud-based platforms.
• Familiarity with Zoho products is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage part-time hours effectively, and work independently.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or having completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
