Associate Professor Pediatric

Role Description

• Full-time, on-site position in Korawn.
• Provide high-quality pediatric medical care.
• Supervise clinical activities.
• Participate in patient management alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures.
• Conduct tutorials.
• Mentor postgraduate and undergraduate medical learners.
• Contribute to curriculum development in pediatrics.
• Participate in academic research, including designing studies, publishing findings, and presenting at conferences.
• Engage in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Pediatrics, with the ability to provide comprehensive pediatric clinical care.
• Demonstrated expertise in Medical Education and Teaching, including lecturing, mentoring, and curriculum development.
• Proven ability to engage in Research, including study design, data analysis, and publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate specialization in Pediatrics (MD/DM or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience in an academic or teaching hospital setting, preferably at senior resident or assistant professor level.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, multidisciplinary environment and contribute to departmental development.
• Familiarity with national clinical guidelines, medical education standards, and basic computer literacy for academic and clinical documentation.
