Shopify Developer Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a Shopify Developer with hands-on experience in Shopify development, preferably working with D2C brands or in a digital marketing agency. You'll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining Shopify stores that deliver seamless user experiences and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores for multiple D2C brands.
• Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs.
• Implement responsive, mobile-first, and conversion-focused storefronts.
• Integrate third-party apps, payment gateways, shipping solutions, and marketing tools.
• Optimize website performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement landing pages, promotional campaigns, and seasonal website updates.
• Collaborate with designers, performance marketers, and account managers to execute client requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth website functionality.
• Follow Shopify and e-commerce best practices for SEO, UX, and performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Shopify Developer.
• Experience working with D2C brands or within a digital marketing agency is preferred.
• Experience with Shopify theme customization and app integrations.
• Understanding of Shopify Admin, Shopify APIs, metafields, and custom sections.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Knowledge of website speed optimization and technical SEO.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
