About the Role
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with operations, design, and management teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Tracking project progress.
- Identifying risks or delays.
- Implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
- Monitoring production plans.
- Preparing status reports.
- Supporting project controls.
- Contributing to process improvements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in planning or scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar software).
Qualifications
- Strong Planning and Production Planning skills to create, optimize, and maintain project and production schedules.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to monitor performance, manage timelines, and support data-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, present updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in project planning or engineering within manufacturing, construction, or design-driven environments is beneficial.
