About the Role
Eurofins BPT-Columbia is seeking an Entry Level/Associate Scientist to join our Biochemistry team in Columbia, Missouri. This is an entry-level professional role focused on daily laboratory activities performed under established protocols, standard operating procedures, and methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts research and development work under CGMP and/or GLP guidelines for studies and documentation.
- Reports data in a timely manner according to regulatory guidelines and other governing rules.
- Assists in conducting studies and monitors study procedures to ensure data accuracy and report quality.
- Performs basic analytical work on assigned projects and studies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity and/or experience in a laboratory setting is required.
- Experience with GLP and/or GMP.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and/or GC.
- Experience with LIMS system is desirable.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to follow direction.
- Good communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a degree with comparable coursework in these areas.
- Authorization to work in the US indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
