About the Role
Front Page Agency is expanding into Arizona on October 5, 2026, and is building a new team to support the growth of its telecom campaigns. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent our telecom campaign in face-to-face customer environments
- Engage prospective customers and identify their service needs
- Educate customers on available telecom products and options
- Support new customer acquisition and account growth
- Help increase brand awareness within developing Arizona territories
- Participate in retail, event, and promotional campaigns
- Learn how new territories are developed and evaluated
- Track individual and team performance
- Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
- Assist with training and developing team members as you advance
Requirements & Tech Stack
- No previous telecom or sales experience is required.
- Ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Comfortable communicating face-to-face
- Interested in business and leadership
- Motivated by performance and advancement
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
