About the Role
LuLu Group India is seeking an active and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join their team in Aluva. This role is crucial for supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking, sorting, and packing products according to store orders and delivery schedules.
- Reading pick lists, locating items in storage racks or bins, and scanning/verifying product codes.
- Preparing goods for dispatch while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
- Loading and unloading goods.
- Organizing stock to ensure proper inventory flow.
- Reporting any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Plus Two (+2) or Diploma. Basic computer or scanner usage skills are an advantage.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is beneficial but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic reading and numeracy skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, safely lift, move, and handle packages.
- Teamwork: Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with supervisors and colleagues.
- Safety Focus: Strict adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
