About the Role
An owner-led role working close to the operating core of a growing food business. The role is broad and cross-functional, requiring comfort initiating conversations, following through, and taking ownership of open-ended problems across the business. Community management is central to this role, involving customer interaction, handling reviews and feedback, and building brand community.
Key Responsibilities
- Talk directly to customers and community members to build relationships, handle reviews and feedback, and grow a genuine sense of community around the brand.
- Read and evaluate business and customer data to spot patterns and turn them into action.
- Take on high-priority owner-led projects across growth, operations, and special functions.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to keep projects moving.
- Identify gaps and opportunities, and take ownership of open-ended problems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable going out and talking to people: outreach, relationship-building, and community management.
- Comfortable reading and evaluating data, and turning it into clear next steps.
- High ownership, curious about how a business works end to end, and comfortable without a fixed lane.
- Experience in community management, customer success, or related roles is useful.
