About the Role
Position: CNC / HMC / Turning / Milling Operator & Setter
Department: Manufacturing / Production
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Machines, HMC (Horizontal Machining Center), VMC (Vertical Machining Center), Turning Centers, and Milling Machines.
- Perform machine setting, tool offsetting, and job changeovers.
- Load and unload components as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
- Measure components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Monitor machine parameters and ensure product quality.
- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process inspection.
- Make tool corrections and offset adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for issue resolution.
