This is an on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
• Support recruitment activities.
• Coordinate interviews.
• Help with onboarding processes for new team members.
• Maintain employee records.
• Help implement HR policies.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate basic training sessions.
• Assist with resolving employee queries.
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to use common office productivity tools and HR-related software or databases.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle management.
• Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Final-year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in the education and overseas consultancy sector.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
