Housekeeping Specialist

About the Role

The Housekeeping Specialist is a full-time, on-site role responsible for maintaining clean, orderly, and safe guest rooms, corridors, and public areas at Club Skypark Hotel and Resort in Nimach.

Key Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Making beds and replenishing linens and amenities.
• Handling laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest garments.
• Responding promptly to guest requests.
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Following established cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Collaborating with other team members.
• Assisting in training new staff on housekeeping procedures.
• Adhering to hotel policies and schedules.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to perform core housekeeping duties: room cleaning, linen handling, maintaining public areas.
• Experience with laundry operations: washing, drying, and organizing linens and fabrics.
• Strong customer service skills: responsiveness, courtesy, and guest satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills: for team coordination and reporting.
• Attention to detail, reliability.
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to assist with training new housekeeping staff on standards and procedures.
• Prior experience in hotels or resorts is an advantage.
• Basic education and local language proficiency are beneficial.
