About the Role
Village Green Dental Center is seeking a Chairside Dental Assistant, referred to as a Patient Concierge, to join their family. This role involves patient interaction from beginning to end of their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chairside during procedures.
- Treatment plan and present next steps with patients.
- Take payments and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Make outgoing calls during downtime.
- Track weekly stats and goals with leadership.
- Provide customer service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Must be available evenings and every other Saturday.
- Spanish speaker preferred.
- Eager to work full-time.
- A team player.
Qualifications
- No prior dental experience is needed; training will be provided.
- Positive attitude.
- Great communication skills.
- Love for helping others.
Compensation & Schedule
- $17–$25/hr.
