About the Role
The Lab Support Technician I supports laboratory operations by ensuring accurate specimen collection, processing, transport, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect specimens via skilled phlebotomy.
- Process and refer laboratory samples.
- Support data entry and administrative tasks.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Complete departmental training.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- BLS certification within six months.
Preferred Qualifications
- Science coursework.
- Prior lab experience.
