About the Role

• Outside Sales Consultant Territory: Wauchula, FL
• Role is 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity.
• Average earnings: $50k - $70k in the first year.
• Top performers earn well over $100k.
• Huge earning potential with no earnings cap.
• Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius.
• Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs.
• Generate additional income through referrals and prospecting additional customers.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid license to drive locally and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month.
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments.
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices.
