About the Role
Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Aviata at Lake Mary. The role involves providing direct patient care and assisting residents with activities of daily living under the supervision of a professional nurse.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation.
- Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
- Provide nursing services.
- Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout the resident’s course of treatment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities is preferred.
- You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- New grads are welcome to join.
Shifts Available: PT - Night (7p-7a) & Full-time: Day (7a-7p) & Night (7p-7a)
