Position Overview
The role focuses on project coordination, supply chain management, and procurement. This internship takes place in Summer 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully negotiate contracts and favorable terms with critical suppliers.
- Support a portfolio of purchase orders ensuring on-time delivery aligned with project schedules.
- Demonstrate cost savings and avoidance through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies.
- Work on comprehensive supplier performance reports focusing on commercial and delivery metrics.
- Effectively mitigate plans for identified supply chain risks.
- Streamline procurement processes supporting the company’s operational needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or related discipline.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- This internship is based 100% onsite at the company’s HQ in El Segundo, CA.
- Compensation: $34–40 per hour.
