The Graduate Inpatient RN provides compassionate, comprehensive nursing care in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and discharge planning.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness.
