About the Role
Bon Appétit is hiring immediately for a full-time DISHWASHER position.

Schedule
- Full time
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Range
$21.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on a conveyor to the dishwashing machine.
- Washes pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
- Polishes silver using designated equipment and procedures.
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of all items washed.
- Adheres to outlined safety procedures.
- Maintains specified temperatures and chemical levels.
- Keeps the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
- Removes trash and places it in designated containers; steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assists with loading and unloading supplies and product.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Six months of dishwashing experience is required.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.
