NIL Deals & Partnerships Intern at Electro. This is an unpaid internship opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build targeted lists of college athletes by school, sport, and conference.
• Support athlete-created social content featuring the brand.
• Respond to athlete messages daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
• Send personalized messages and emails to NIL athletes about partnership opportunities.
• Escalate unique requests or issues to the founding team promptly.
• Manage athlete communications.
• Track interactions in our CRM.
• Represent the brand with our partner community.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with Instagram messaging and basic CRM tools.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Knowledge of college sports, including major programs and conferences.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided).
• Clear, professional, and personable writing style.
