About the Role

You'll be the person who turns a pharma brand's promise to its patients into a commercial people actually want to watch. Most of your time goes to making the work: understanding the brand and its patients, then directing, generating and editing each spot with taste and close attention to detail. You'll also shape the production tools we build, thinking like a product manager about where technology gives us leverage. And you'll stand in front of clients, presenting the work and owning the relationship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft the story: Get to know a treatment, the people it helps, and what the brand wants them to feel. Then create a captivating storyboard that brings that message to life.
  • Bring the vision to life: You imagine the shot, and AI models and agents are your crew. Make tasteful calls on camera, casting, wardrobe, light and performance, and know the moment a take is magic.
  • Finish it beautifully: Edit, sound, music and on-screen text. Iterate and polish until it holds up next to the best ads on TV.
  • Be first to new tools: Try the newest image, video and voice models the moment they launch, and discover what they can do before anyone else in pharma.
  • Innovate on how we create: Turn whatever slows us down and holds back our creative potential into tools and workflows, so a small team can do what takes big agencies months.
  • Be the creative voice clients trust: Sit with marketing leaders, understand how they want their brand to be seen, and bring them work that makes them proud.
  • Lead toward excellence: Set the standard and the culture for everyone who joins after you: our creative bar, product imagination, client service, and how we treat each other.

Qualifications & Traits

  • Live for beautiful things: Great film, design, music, and aesthetics light you up. You picture scenes before they exist, and can articulate your vision for any human or AI crew to build.
  • Have taste you can prove: A reel, a short film, a feed, a product, a campaign: something you made that shows your eye. Bonus points if it's video.
  • Sweat the details: You notice light that's slightly off, a cut a beat too late, a face that doesn't fit the story, and you can't let it go until it's perfect.
  • Start with who's watching: You get inside your audience's world, and know what it takes to make a moment land on screen.
  • Can't stop experimenting: New AI tools excite you, you play with them constantly, and your mastery grows every week.
  • Think like a builder: When something is slow, clunky, or uninspiring, you don't just push through. You ask what the 10x better way would be, and build it.
  • Make clients look brilliant: You hear what they need before they say it, build connection, tell the truth kindly, and bring ideas that take their brand further.
  • Are hungry and locked in: You do whatever it takes, go beyond your lane, and bring your own ideas. You want skin in the game, and you're driven to win.

Possible backgrounds include an editor, filmmaker or motion designer making stunning AI video, a creator whose feed people stop scrolling for, a designer or PM who fell for video, an ad veteran already going deep on AI, or a recent grad whose work speaks for itself.
