Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs.
• Recommend suitable appliances and electronics, explaining key product features and benefits.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Assist with pricing and promotions.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase.
• Keep the showroom clean and organized.
• Update displays.
• Process transactions.
• Coordinate with team members on inventory and special orders.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and support sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close sales in a retail environment.
• Basic product knowledge of home appliances and consumer electronics, with the ability to learn features, specifications, and comparisons quickly.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to explain products clearly, answer questions, and interact professionally with diverse customers and team members.
• Organization and attention to detail for managing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and keeping displays and stock areas orderly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise with appropriate support, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Prior retail or appliance/electronics sales experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills are beneficial.
