Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in individualized patient care under the supervision of RN or LPN.
• Performing clinical procedures.
• Providing non-clinical support to promote patient wellness.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma, G.E.D., CNA/CPTC, or enrollment in a healthcare program.
• BLS certification required within one month of hire.
• PCA competencies required within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Training provided if needed.
• Preferred Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
