Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments and medication administration.
• Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Participate in guided clinical practice, preceptorship, and classroom learning.
• Work collaboratively with experienced RNs, physicians, and care teams to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Develop critical thinking and prioritization skills through hands-on experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

Key Duties: Providing safe, patient-centered care, documentation, and active participation in mentorship and educational activities within a supportive, collaborative environment.
