About the Role

• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care within the Healthcare & Medical Services department.
• Support and implement care plans under the guidance of experienced preceptors.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Accurately document patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care.
