Marketing Assistant

About the Role

A full-time, on-site position based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The role supports marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic market research.
• Track local real estate trends.
• Help prepare presentations and promotional materials.
• Assist with lead generation.
• Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients and tenants.
• Maintain organized records of inquiries and interactions.
• Assist with customer service.
• Respond to questions.
• Coordinate site visits.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Market Research skills.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• At least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the local Andhra Pradesh and Telangana real estate market.
• Preferred: Proficiency in English and regional languages.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a marketing or sales support role.
