Key Responsibilities

• Organize tools and equipment.
• Help maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Observe and assist senior staff in basic hardware handling, documentation, and customer support activities, under supervision.
• Learn company processes.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions designed to build practical technical and workplace skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and apply new knowledge in a practical environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with the capacity to handle basic documentation and organizational tasks.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Interest in hardware, tools, or technical fields, with enthusiasm for hands-on work.
• Basic computer literacy for record-keeping, reporting, and accessing training materials.
• Availability to work full time on-site in Chennai.
• Adherence to safety and company policies.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant course (e.g., technical, vocational, or engineering-related) is an advantage.
