Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions related to overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up on repayment commitments and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate repayment plans while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and payment updates.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- DRA Certification (required for DRA positions)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Qualifications
- Intermediate (10+2) or above.
- Prior experience in Collections & Recovery is mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
- One Weekly Off
