This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate (Fresher), based in Bengaluru South.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and partners.
• Reach out through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present ReGain Learning’s training offerings.
• Support lead generation.
• Maintain and update CRM or sales records.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Research market trends.
• Understand learner needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Contribute to campaigns that drive enrollments and partnerships.
• Follow up with prospects.
• Support fundraising or outreach initiatives when needed.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
• Solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and feedback to support business decisions.
• Research skills and the ability to gather and analyze information about markets, competitors, and potential clients.
• Basic understanding or interest in Fundraising, outreach, and partnership development.
• Ability to work proactively, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn CRM or sales software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; motivated graduates from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
