About the Role

• Full-time, hybrid Counselling Psychologist role based in Bengaluru.
• Provide individual sessions to clients addressing emotional, behavioural, academic, and career-related concerns.
• Contribute to workshops, supervision programs, and training sessions aligned with BrainBiceps’ focus on professional development and initiatives.
• Requires proactiveness and openness to figuring things out on the go.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or an equivalent discipline.
• Strong communication, empathy, ethical awareness, and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Strong foundational knowledge in Psychology, including theories of personality, development, and psychotherapy.
• Experience in facilitation and training is an advantage.
