About the Role
Adbizit is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join their growing training institute team. The role involves counseling students, explaining course offerings, and assisting them in choosing the right career path through industry-focused training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with student leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, fees structure, job assistance, and industry-based training benefits.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel.
- Perform regular follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.
- Coordinate with the training and operations team for smooth onboarding.
