UI/UX Design Intern

About the Role

TechBrein is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to join their team. This role focuses on bridging the gap between development and client expectations for website and web application projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with sales and development teams to translate client briefs into visual concepts.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate design implementation, providing specs and clarifications.
• Iterate on designs based on client feedback.
• Help maintain an internal library of reusable UI components, color palettes, and typography guidelines.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, competitor websites, and usability best practices.
• Build clickable prototypes for client visualization and approval.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Basic understanding of responsive web design principles and how designs translate into HTML/CSS.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design sense (layout, typography, color, spacing).
• Good communication skills for presenting design ideas and receiving feedback.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a full-time design role.
• Bonus: familiarity with basic branding/graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design.
