About the Role

Arch and Beams is an emerging engineering and design firm focused on delivering practical, high-quality civil infrastructure solutions. Team members work across the full project lifecycle, from concept and planning through detailed design and construction support.

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, analysis, and design of civil infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage systems, utilities, and site development.
• Prepare engineering drawings and reports.
• Perform calculations.
• Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines.
• Support design reviews.
• Assist with stormwater management design.
• Review construction documents.
• Provide technical input during execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and quality requirements, and stay aligned with project schedules and budgets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and knowledge of civil engineering principles, standards, and codes.
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including site layouts, grading, and infrastructure design.
• Experience or familiarity with Planning for infrastructure and site development projects.
• Understanding of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary projects.
• Willingness to work on-site in Noida and coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors.
• Prior internship or professional experience in civil infrastructure projects is an advantage.
